Michelle’s Accordions
Her first accordion was a very old 120 bass Italian Frontalini that belonged to her grandfather. Although very pretty it had seen better days and needed some attention. After saving any money she could make Michelle bought a Hohner 96 bass accordion.

A few years later, her first electronic accordion was a 120 bass Cordovox that once belonged to the famous accordionist Valentino. This was followed by a Technics and then a Hohner Vox 4P. This fantastic instrument allowed her to play bass with rhythms and backing like a keyboard and gave a very full sound.

She also loved to play a musette tuned Borsini which she eventually sold to get her latest accordion which is a very beautiful 96 bass WEM Vignoni. It is fully midi’d meaning you can play it either through a keyboard or through a midi expander and it has been fitted with a fully wireless microphone system.
